Create a cute, high-quality 3D animated cinematic comedy scene in a vertical 9:16 format.

Scene 1: A beautiful pregnant young woman with long, straight black hair, wearing a shiny pink satin two-piece outfit, is standing in a modern luxury kitchen, peacefully cutting fresh vegetables on a wooden chopping board. Warm lighting, elegant marble countertops, and realistic kitchen details.

Scene 2: Suddenly, a kitchen knife appears to float mysteriously in the air, creating a magical transition. Show a cinematic close-up of the woman's pregnant belly with soft, warm lighting.

Scene 3: Transition into a magical glowing tennis court with golden sparkling lights. An adorable little 3D cartoon baby boy with curly brown hair, a white headband, big expressive eyes, and a white tennis outfit appears holding a miniature tennis racket. He takes an energetic tennis stance and confidently prepares to hit a tennis ball.

Scene 4: Show the cute little tennis player running forward with an adorable but fierce expression, swinging his racket and hitting the ball with surprising power. Use dynamic camera movements and cinematic close-ups.

Scene 5: Return to the modern kitchen. The pregnant woman looks shocked and surprised. A handsome young man with curly brown hair, wearing a black sleeveless athletic shirt, appears beside her holding a tennis racket. He looks at her belly in amazement.
