Prompt
“what should I put on my website?” Here’s the exact prompt to stop guessing (save this) PROMPT: "You are a senior brand strategist and conversion focused web designer. Your task is to create a clear, persuasive, premium website structure that leads one ideal customer to one clear action. Before building anything, do this: 1. Define the ICP • Who they are • What they want • What confuses them • What makes them hesitate • What action the site should lead them to 2. Analyze the market Study 5 to 10 top websites in the same niche. Focus on: • Section order • Messaging patterns • CTAs • Trust elements Extract what works. Remove what feels generic. Improve clarity and positioning. Do not copy. 3. Build the structure Create the full website structure, section by section. For each section explain: • Its purpose • The key message • What the visitor should feel • How it moves them closer to a decision Start with a clear hero. End with an obvious next step. 4. Layer conversion Match each section to a stage of awareness. Reduce friction. Answer objections early. Guide the visitor naturally toward action. Rules: • No buzzwords • No filler • Clarity over cleverness The result should feel like: “This site understands me and makes the next step obvious.” " ---- And remember: The best websites don’t sell harder. They remove confusion. PS. Should I turn this into a series where I share with you helpful prompts I use? Talk soon. ~Jay Jihane.
