Seedance 2.5 cases and prompts

A realistic 30-second vertical cycling vlog combining three camera angles: an action camera, a phone’s front camera, and tracking shots from a support vehicle. Features 4K photorealism, soft overcast light, sweaty skin with visible pores, and no beauty filters. The prompt uses structured Chinese sections such as 【Style】 and 【Duration】 to lock down camera switches and the timeline—a model example of “writing editing logic into the prompt.”

An epic, photorealistic 8K sequence of riding a crimson-obsidian dragon over emerald cliffs and diving into the ocean with cinematic sound design.

A suspenseful sci-fi short film prompt set in a futuristic, empty Dubai involving a mysterious message from the future and a massive unidentified object.

A creative cinematic prompt for Seedance 2.5 depicting an orchestra of sea animals like octopuses and dolphins performing deep underwater.

A complex video prompt for a rhythmic hand-and-body dance in a modern room, featuring interactive holographic geometric frames and seamless transitions between reality and a neon cyberpunk world.

An 18-second documentary-style follow shot of cycling through a Maldives resort, made with Seedance 2.5. A two-second timeline arranges the rider, tourists, staff, a tortoise, a parrot, a manta ray and a whale, with handheld camera, film grain and continuous motion throughout.

The author uses Seedance 2.5 to make a 30-second continuous body-cam raid short in four stages: breaking down the door, clearing the room, finding a pineapple pizza production line and restraining the staff. The prompt also locks character gear, house layout, lighting, action and ambient sound.

A comprehensive video prompt for Seedance 2.5 designed to generate a 30-second water obstacle competition in the style of a Japanese variety show, emphasizing character consistency and complex camera work.

The author uses Seedance 2.5 to make a 30-second chest-mounted GoPro first-person short in four hard cuts: casting, handling a trout, campfire grilling and eating. The prompt locks reference objects, lens focal length, action, physics, light color and on-site sound.

The author uses Seedance 2.5 to make a 30-second Hollywood-style disaster sequence, linking six shots from escaping a rainy harbor through an explosion and flood and indoor shelter to a giant sea monster ending, with character consistency, camera movement, water physics and sound design all specified.

A 30-second selfie-view clip: a girl in a yukata strolls a summer festival at night, buys takoyaki, plays a scooping game, watches fireworks, and waves goodbye to the camera at the end.

A 15-second five-shot travel clip: a selfie walk, a street pan, a POV into a shop and a coffee finish, built around consistent characters across the whole piece and a real handheld feel.

A fixed-camera, phone-shot look of 30 seconds of cooking in a late-night kitchen, with drifting autofocus, small mistakes and a closing monologue. The script is timed by the second and the whole piece avoids an edited feel.

A localized editing case based on an original biscuit advertisement video. It keeps the camera movement, lighting, and audio completely unchanged while replacing four types of biscuits in place with corresponding ice cream flavors. The slow-motion breaking sequence is also changed to ice cream fragments and jam textures, demonstrating precise reference-based localized video replacement.

An e-commerce ad short for fruit cookies, with four flavors and their matching fruits arranged in a geometric array. At the climax a cookie breaks open in slow motion as jam filling splashes out, then English copy appears word by word to close. The cut is brisk and stresses flavor variety and texture.

A long-take superhero transformation video generated from a solo photo. After leaping from a windowsill, the male lead shoots webs twice in succession to perform pendulum-style swings, pushes off a wall to cross a building, and finally reaches the rooftop. The storyboard specifies camera movements second by second, seamlessly linking the action in a single continuous take from a diving follow shot to a low-angle tracking shot.

A European cinematic-style short film set in a time-frozen amusement park. After a boy claps, the entire park freezes, and he moves through the motionless crowd to pull three pranks: catching an elderly man’s dentures, swapping a couple’s cotton candy, and tying a passerby’s shoelaces. The storyboard specifies a timed combination of locked-off shots and low-angle tracking shots.

A UI/UX motion video for the SONORA over-ear headphones website. The page uses a black, gray, and warm-white palette with oversized bold typography, scrolling smoothly down a single page in one continuous shot to showcase noise cancellation, sound quality, and battery life. A sticky effect keeps the headphones fixed while scaling and moving them to the right, and hovering produces localized enlargement and elastic feedback on buttons.

A gameplay showcase for the cyberpunk game “Magnet Riot.” After NIX clicks CONTINUE on the main menu, the game opens a magnetic-shoe loadout screen where the soles, coils, and grappling-hook modules are disassembled and rebuilt piece by piece. Once the configuration is complete, the city environment loads and the video ends with NIX firing the grappling hook and sprinting forward.

An American collage-style sci-fi animated film opening titled “NEON OVERDRIVE,” following a courier girl and a sound-wave spirit as they cross a folding city on their way to a radio station in the sky. The visuals combine retro Japanese-style storyboarding, comic-book collage, and torn-paper transitions, with English credits appearing one by one. A single-node prompt generates the entire sequence as one continuous shot.

A live-action, collage-magazine-style K-pop girl group MV that locks the facial features and outfits of the three fixed members from the reference image. They visibly sing the English lyrics throughout. The visuals emulate rapid hard cuts, fisheye close-ups, and fashion collages, with ten lyric lines rendered as oversized animated captions that appear word by word in sync with the vocals.
